Before you set out
- Check the TCL transport network for your route, including metro, tram, bus and funicular services.
- Confirm opening hours and access directly with the places you plan to visit.
- Demonstrations or local events can affect access and transport. Avoid demonstrations and follow instructions from local authorities.
- For a tour booked with us, use the meeting point and time shown in your booking confirmation.
Your private guided visit
Our visits are led by Didac Travé Martos, a licensed guide-conférencier, or by a carefully selected licensed local guide. We plan each visit around the selected experience, your interests and your pace.
When necessary and feasible, routes can be adjusted to local conditions. If an event is likely to materially affect a booked visit, we aim to contact guests directly and discuss the available options under the booking terms.
- Traboules: access to selected private passages depends on opening hours and permission. Some are accessible between 08:00 and 14:00; specific passage access cannot be guaranteed.
- Mobility: routes can include slopes, steps and uneven surfaces. Tell us about your needs before booking so we can discuss a suitable experience.
